My only complaint is that I originally reserved the equipment at the Ridgeland MS location and it was changed at the last minute by you. So my suggestion for improvement would be that when a reservation is made at a specific location, honor your commitment.

VICKIE GGrass was kinda high around the drop off location. I was afraid of snakes and ant beds I was I taking photos.
Melissa CThe person checking me out took no less than 45 minutes to finish. The truck that I was given had not been cleaned out and after asking if they could clean it out, the lady gave me a broom that was maybe a foot wide.
