I paid to have the truck dropped off at Sherman Tx. It was switched to New Boston Texas and I had to pay for extra mileage. Which I’m trying to dispute. This is something I wasn’t satisfied with.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisFirst, the wait time was very long. Only one person checking in customers picking up. Our pick up time was 10:00 am and we did not actually get our trailer until approximately 10:40 am. The trailer did have ants in it and had been sitting in a field for awhile. Just not a great experience overall. The wrap on the outside of the trailer was peeling off, so from an advertising standpoint if I saw it out on the road I would not be impressed or influenced to rent an U-Haul. Definitely, could use a refresh from U-Haul. The trailer did get us to and from our destination.
Russell CTop notch facility!!
Trevor WRental process was easy, did mobile check in, thankfully the office was open to turn the lock in. However, the truck was not clean on the inside, there was dog hair inside the cab. Also, the trucks low fuel light came on after pulling out of the parking lot.
Angel VThanks, ya’ll are great!
