First of all you should make the website rates match the actual rates. When we booked online it says the fee plus 62cents per mile when we go to bring it back they try n charge us a ridiculous amount and them tell us it's 1 dollar per mile and was very rude she said well u signed it but I had booked it online and then my husband went to pick it up so he didn't know what it should have said.. That is false advertising and also its taking advantage of people especially during these hard times

They charged me a late fee for dropping off my tow dolly late. I returned the van and the dolly early and at the same time. How on earth could I have returned the van on time, but the tow dolly late? Idiots. and I still haven't been refunded for the charge.

In order to move my son home from Grand Forks, I had no other choice than to drive an hour out of the way to pick up a trailer in Thief River Falls when Uhaul called me to tell me they didn't have one available in Grand Forks. I scheduled this a month ahead of time. I will not be renting from Uhaul again. I'm so glad my son graduated from UND and that I won't need to deal with this any longer.

When I did the online reservation I reserved two furniture dolly's, but when I arrived to pick up my trailer they said they did not have the dolly's. I was NOT informed in any way that they would not have them, and I was moving a china cabinet so needed them! I had to run around town to find them, I WAS NOT HAPPY!

They didn't have the right sized truck. They didn't have one of the dollys that I had paid for. They tried to not give me an appropriate refund for the dolly that they did not have that I paid for.

Get the location re mapped, luckily we were able to figure out it was mapped for the old location and made it work to get our rental!! Otherwise it was fantastic and the staff and Fast Graphix was great!! If we ever need a uhaul again definitely will be reaching out!
