No clue if the location was clean, it was locked all weekend. No clue on personnel except they marked the trailer as delivered 3 days later than we dropped it off. We left the truck parked in front of their office (not in a parking spot) and it was still there three days later. I'm not sure anyone was there for at least four days. They marked our "transfer trailer" (we helped y'all by moving it for a credit), as one day overdue and instead of crediting us $50, they charged us over $20. Based on this experience, we will never "help" uHaul again by moving extra equipment. I had to call in, then talk to two separate departments to get it squared away (assuming the credits actually show up).
