First, I want to mention that the receptionist was unwilling to provide proper information and kept responding with "this is how it is," without offering any clear explanation. Secondly, they asked to physically take my credit card to manually enter all the details into their system for charging. When I asked why they needed my card in hand, she said they didn't have a machine available. I also clearly explained that I only needed the car for two hours. She told me the rental is automatically set for 24 hours, but that returning it earlier would not result in any extra charges. However, the receipt I received clearly stated that additional hours would be charged. When I questioned this, she insisted not to worry and said the way she completed the forms would allow me to use the car for up to 24 hours without extra fees. Although I did not keep the car for 24 hours and returned it after approximately three hours, the next day I noticed that I was charged again. I believe this additional charge was related to the extra hours mentioned on the receipt.

Tray to clean the snow at the parking lot please!
PABLO GIt was basic and pretty much like all the rest. My only issue was that the trucks were not cleaned from snow and ice. I had several chunks fall from the top on the front windshield and into traffic from the top. Pretty dangerous

Kevin AThe truck I rented was covered in snow. It took me a while to take it out and with no windshield fluid it was even more difficult to drive with the window all cover in ice. The staff not so friendly I ended up driving back after I couldn’t drive it in the snow, no traction whatsoever. I rented a small vehicle next day (old cargo van) but it was ok. I managed to finish my moving after a stressful two days
