The app was glitchy, and the person at the counter told me it has been happening recently. It wouldn't let me proceed after submitting pictures of the U-Haul.

LATOYA WPlease make sure there is more training. I had a 10ft truck with a car transport moving from Thornton Co to Mesa Az. When we got outside Payson AZ and we were going down 6 & 7% grade hills the front of the truck would vibrate so hard it felt like the wheels were going to fall off. We couldn't go faster than 40 mph at this point. It was worse when we had turn the wheel with the curve. It was very scary. When we got to Mesa, the guys there said we had the wrong size truck and we should've had the next size up. The cost should've been the same as well. We even had help getting my car strapped down cause we no experience and nothing was said about the size of the truck.
REFUGIO EThe truck only delivered 3 miles per gallon. It's struggled quite a bit. But the shop was clean, the staff was friendly and they made accommodations that made up for the terrible gas mileage
