Had an issue when dropping off after hours, had to phone for help website wouldnâ€™t accept the mileage, didnâ€™t know all I had to do was add a â€œ0â€ at the end of the mileage, so that should be told to the customer in advance, so not to cause added stress, otherwise all was great

Staff is very Rude and not friendly at all. Also they don't let you park your car on the lot so I had to drive around to find parking and walk back to there location. Very unsafe to make customers park on streets. No one tells you that you can't park at the location. Very disappointed and will not rent from this location ever again!!!

I booked uhaul from Duffren St, but I received message of order update telling me that I have to pick up the u haul from Weston Rd without explanation . it is 12 km further single way from my place and they charged for that.

We ended up at this drop-off location after U-Haul sent us to a location at 1056 Albion Rd. I thought the name of the place on Albion Rd. ("CNP Wireless") looked weird and it didn't show up on Google Streetview. But I called the U-Haul call center, and they claimed that it was open 24/7. It turns out the place actually doesn't exist ! Good thing we didn't do an after-hours drop-off, because there's only an Indian restaurant at that address. Apparently U-Haul doesn't offer services there. You might have thought U-Haul knew that before they sent us to the location. But no, this is a really sloppy company, and the call center is staffed by people who don't seem to know very much.

Courteous personnels provided clear explorations. Even though it was not the first time using u haul trucks. I was nervous to go for a 15' truck but to my surprise it was rather a smooth experience. Return was a breeze thanks to high tech. Thank you.

My preferred location was changed at the last minute and I was sent to a Uhaul pickup location that didn't even exist. I was then told I had to get a different size truck to the one I ordered from another location. I think it should be better organized in advance to make sure the truck reserved is at the chosen location at the chosen time.

The Weston Rd and 401 location is the only one I ever use. Staff is friendly, efficient, and very helpful.

The experience at this location was good however the overall experience was very poor. I booked a truck for a Millwick location and when I went there at 12:30 PM, the location was closed. There was no one there despite the timing hours was10 am - 4 pm. I called customer service and they said they have shifted my reservation to another location and when I went there, the lady tells me she doesnt have a truck for me. She was rude and was 0/5 in customer service. She didn't try to find a resolution despite explaning her the situation that my household in on the street and I had given possession of my property to the new owners. She simply asked me to leave. It was very stressful and frustrating. I called customer service again at 2:06 PM and the lady tells me, my booking was for 1:30 and if I am an hour late, they give the truck to someone else. After explaining that it hasnt been an hour and I was there at 1:05pm, she put me on a 20 min hold and then asked me to go to the Weston location. All this delay caused me to pay $270 more to the movers for the time lost. I picked up the truck from the Weston location and returned it the same day at midnight, did the online check in (as I was told) , and the next day I get a charge of $20. I called customer serivce again and they said that it shouldnt have happened and she has IMed someone at the location and they will call me. I get no call. This was a very unprofessional and frustrating experience. I work in Digital Marketing & Content writing and will surely write about it on my blog. People should know how unreliable Uhaul is and how apathetic its staff is. Never using UHAUL again.

Should orient people to the truck - after we were given the truck, nobody showed us how to use some of the controls. Quick 5 min instruction after handover of truck would be helpful.

The office looks really bad, stuff everywhere very disorganized. I walked in and the staff treated me in a very unwelcoming way, like I was a burden to them. Made me feel very uncomfortable. Bad customer service overall.
