Grant SThe truck itself was fine but the woman running the show had no clue what she was doing. She was making things so much more difficult then they needed to be. We waited for over an hour for them to help one customer and then treat us like a criminal because we did everything online
Leah RI had reserved for mobile pick up but unfortunately the keys were not placed in the drop box/the mobile pick up was not prepared. Thankfully the staff was at the building early and the staff helped us get the reservation figured out eventually, but pickup took nearly an hour due to troubles.
Brooke AThe person that registered me (female with black hair who would not give me her name) was so rude to me that if my move wasn’t so urgent I would have walked out! She acted like I was an inconvenience when I was the only customer. The app was not working (would not take my information when attempting to mobile register) properly and I needed assistance. I have never had a sales person show me such attitude, ignorance and disrespect me in this manner that I would write a review like this! It’s a shame you have a person like this representing your company in such a poor manner.
