I can't imagine what, it was a wonderful customer service experience. Employee was so nice even made sure I wasn't having check in issues after hours. It was about 410 office closed at 4. She still took her time to check on me. Very impressive now days

Thomas S.Upon arrival the location was out of both dolly's we had requested, my husband was told they just found out they were out of dollys. They found a dolly at another location 20 miles away, and sent my husband to pick it up, promising we wouldn't be charged for the additional mileage (as our contract was set for a 25 mile round trip, which was accurate to our in town move) Upon return of the truck and dolly we were charged for the 40 miles we had to travel out of our way to acquire a dolly we needed and requested for our move. We've now been given the run around about the charge and getting a refund for the charges were told we wouldn't face. This is now the second bad experience we've had with uhaul. (Our first being in July when we moved from Florida to Missouri and our UHaul flooded damaging furniture and boxes.) We haven't gotten any positive answers for either experience, and have now been turned off from UHaul completely. We will again try to reach out to your customer service, but it's important that you be aware that your retailers are making promises they do not intend, or have the authority to keep.
