I had trouble starting the truck several times: the ignition seemed (to me) to need to be more "sensitive" (or whatever is the right term). No car or truck I ever drove had trouble starting.

I was provided a 10 foot box GMC and signed the contract stating that the gas tank was 3/4 full. As I started to drive away, I noticed that the low-fuel warning light was on, and the fuel gauge registered empty. I immediately returned to the office to request a vehicle with the fuel indicated on the contract. The young man providing the service brought his "General Manager" into the discussion and he insisted that I should just "fuel it up', with his hand-notes on the contract. After some discussion, I agreed to drive the 200 yards, or so, to the nearest fuel station, where I started to refuel the vehicle. To my surprise, as the fuel went into the fueling nozzle, It poured out the bottom and engulfed my feet and the entire area under the truck. I immediately went into the office of the station and advised the owner that we had a fuel emergency and that remediation at the fuel island was required. Leaving the keys in the vehicle, I got into our personal vehicle and drove back to the U-Haul office and sought out the same "General Manager" that had sent me to the fuel station a few minutes earlier. I accused him of sending me out with an unsafe vehicle and took his verbal abuse for "abandoning his vehicle with the keys in it!" I told him that I was not sure that starting the truck standing in a pool of gasoline would be a real smart thing to do, and that I was concerned that I could wind up in a ball of flames, along with his truck! This vehicle should have been red tagged in repair, until the furl tank, or fuel hoses causing the leak had been repaired!

Everything was good, but not perfect. The truck was fine but old and uncomfortable. The pads we had ordered were not present on the truck. While we did not end up needing them, the staff had a dreadful time trying to remove them from the order upon return. That being said, staff was wonderful. Efficient, pleasant, and helpful.

They charged me 25.00 they said the truck was dirty when I picked it up it was dirty and personally swept the back out i will be leaving you and will be finding another comoany i spent over 15000 00 with you this year you lost a good customer

We have a certificate from U-Haul. We rent tow or three times a month. Lately EVERYTIME we rent it is a very, very bad and frustrating experience. We keep giving our credit card to someone to straighten it pout and it NEWVER changes. Our poor staff person is having to use her personal credit card. We are not happy.

At first I was very upset because the 20 foot truck I had originally reserved was unavailable due to the previous renter extending their time (which should not have been allowed since I was guaranteed the truck after them) but Cheyenne was wonderful and extended our mileage since we would have to be making more trips due to having a smaller than planned truck.

When I returned the Uhaul truck at 3:15 pm, after waiting 10 minutes without being addressed I went outside to the drop off area to try to find someone. The young man told me to put the keys in the cup holder and he would check it in and email a receipt. After having not received a receipt by 9 pm when they close or the next morning by 9 am when they open I called to ask about it. I was told the truck was not checked in and someone would call me when they check it in. 3 hours later I still had not received a call so I went to the location to find out what was going on. Conveniently he was "just getting ready to do it because they were busy all morning." After going outside to supposedly check the truck in, almost 24 hours after I dropped it off and calling and coming in, the guy comes back in and tells me I will receive an email with the receipt. Why couldn't he just give me a receipt then? After all the hassle. I still have yet to receive a receipt 9 hours later. Such a lack of customer service and simply just doing their jobs correctly. So awful, I will never use this location again.

Set a appointment up and the guy couldn’t fulfill my resivastion said there was another resivation next day and I had to bring in 3 hour earlier then I plan then he half ass setting up the chain that got loose and started dragging then when I return the trailer there was a line of people waiting so I just walk out and drove to the back where the jack ass manager was trying to flirt with a slutty girl who was waiving her ass all in front of him pay your employees more are get rid of them bird brains

The staff was great. My only comment would be to avoid the online check in. It took twice as long and told me to go inside and check in with a representative anyway.

My only issue is I used the trailer for 3 hours and I had to pay for the whole 6 hours. I was told that by the manager whom was very friendly when I was picking up, but not so much when I dropped off.

Location need less students and or young employees who's easly distracted and playing on floor in front of customers etc. Unprofessional even had an Caucasian manager who seemed to scared to even control the dysfunction
