I had to have a truck then u charged me 108 dollars truck 1995 plus miles I drove about 40 miles I run a service comp and charge 75 cents a mile this is outrageous u price gouged me I'm sure this is your typical business model I won't use u again and I'm telling everyone use wrentawreck or whoever I expected it would be 50 or 60 not over 5 times the rental rate lie

We were overcharged 39.95 and we don't know why. Its going to take 5 days to get our money back. That hurts us bad. Ive always used uhaul but this is unacceptable.

I went in to rent equipment, was going to ask for guidance on as to where to go for truck, was ignored. Finally found truck after walking parking lot, and then had to go back to get keys with truck share. When I went back in I showed the rep my phone and asked for keys and she stated she had to check the truck out to me before I could have keys. I had to wait for a customer who had a reservation at another location before I could get keys. What's the point in doing it all myself, if I have to wait for someone to assist me anyway?? There was no assistance from anyone at this location. I was passed while walking aimlessly through the parking lot by several employees and while I was waiting for keys I heard people in the back laughing! Unprofessional, and I won't go back!!

Made us change original pickup location to one 17 miles further and then when we reached Tulsa were charged another $3+ for going over allotted miles! If could have rented where requested this would not have occurred. Worst rental ever from KC to Tulsa

My experience was great at this Tulsa U-Haul location. I came in last minute without a reserved truck and a four year old, but they still took care of me with a smile. My son and I felt very welcome. Thank you!

Planning a move is already stressful. We were on a time crunch and had planned to pick up rented Uhaul, appliance dolly and furniture mover all at the scheduled time. I made my reservation online a week in advance. We arrived on time and was told verbatim "oops, bad news...we don't have the dolly or a furniture mover" by the young lady who works the desk. The worker was so casual about it as if it wasn't a big deal. She did add more mileage to our order to compensate for the drive time to go across town to the Peoria location to pick up what we needed. It was in inconvenience but I'm glad the other location had what we needed. When we arrived at that location the workers were professional and prompt and carried my items to the Uhaul for me. That was the service I expected and appreciated. The other location needs to double check their orders ahead of time to make sure there are no unexpected hiccups.

My last two purchases have been overcharged. As you can see with my accounts 580-595-0564 and 832-286-7895. I have spent over $30,000.00 in truck and trailer rentals over the past 5 years. Average of $5-7000.00 a year annually. Top 10 percentile of all your customers nation wide. You over charged me $20.00 for an extra day on the car hauler last time and over charged me $79.00 this time for additional days when the truck was returned on time. I would like my $99.00 credit! I got the run around from several locations trying to rent a car dolly and finally ended up with a car hauler. At 2 different locations your computer system went down and kept losing info that the employee had entered which was very frustrating for both of us. It took over 3 hours for me get this rental done.The employees made comments that this happens frequently. I would suggest updating your computer systems and also offer discounts to seniors. I hope I do not have the need to rent a truck, trailer or anything else from U-Haul. I'll hire someone to move us or haul a vehicle. Your customer service is terrible. On a positive note your lot employee did a great job helping us and secure the car.
