Brandon, manager of some sort in Tupelo, MS, awful customer service. Several conversations went badly and he admittedly charged extra non-valid charges because he was angry with us for not wanting to follow through with a change of drop off location he initiated without our consent hours after picking up our rental. Will 1 000 % never be using U-Haul again after these interactions. U-Haul should be hugely embarrassed by how we were treated BY A MANAGER - district manager he said. We followed the directions of his employee exactly. Y'all need to do better by your customers.

Rodney WRegional manager Brandon was a great help. He was able to help find the unit in Tupelo when our original unit was not available. The reservation website needs to be addressed to make sure units reserved are available when expected.
