The lock on the truck was broken and I had to purchase a lock to use overnight.
If a customer parks a uhaul and come on the inside to turn it in. Don't tell them to go back and move the truck, or you can't park here
I received a auto transport and it had a bad strap and the one they replaced it with it had a bad strap as well
The person that checked me in was very rude and was trying to cause trouble when I first arrived. I would not recommend this location to anyone
Make sure nobody left a turnip in the door pocket we had a good laugh over that. At least it wasn't rotten.
THE WERE BETTER THAN THE ONE IN NORTHPORT WHERE I RENTED LAST. CHARGE FOR MILAGES I DIDN'T MAKE, NEVER GOING BACK TO THAT PLACE I JUST DO WITHOUT. SKYLAND THAT WHERE I WILL BE FOR NOW NO. ALL GOOD NOTHING NEED TO CHANGE. KEEP TREAT CUSTOMER WITH CARE.

People look very tired and no smile at all. Seemed to me that they don't understand the service industry. Truck was really bad. It was clean, but driver side door made huge wind side, side mirrors are badly shook that I could not see back. It was really dangerous to drive. Truck bumped badly. If I did not tight all my furnitures well, they would get damaged. I guess shock observer was all gone. Anyway, it was a worst truck I ever had from the U-haul. I usually do not fill the survey and no complain to U-haul. However, it was really terrible experience I ever had and I decided to let you know. It was not worth that I payed. I was relied on my life on such horrible truck. Imagine that how scare I was!!!
I was planning to visit the location again tomorrow to file a complaint but this will do I suppose. I tried to do the mobile check in and was unsuccessful so I had to enter the store and wait. My 9am reservation turned into almost 9:45am. I rented the truck for 6 hours. Six hours from 9:45 is 3:45pm. I called the store around 2:45 bc I felt I would be about 15 minutes past the 3:45 return time. Upon calling the gentlemen answered and said "Yeah, Mrs. Matthews I've BEEN trying to call you and your phone kept going to voicemail....you need to bring MY truck back. I have someone waiting on it." I said well it's not due back until 3:45 and he said no it was due back at 2pm". I let him know that wasn't possible and read to him what my contract/reservation stated. He said well I don't know what your paper says all I know is my computer says 2 o'clock. I let him know that I would just be there at 3:45 and he was obviously displeased with that. I was so upset with his tone that I just hung up on him. I ended up bringing the truck back at 3:41. I asked to speak to him but the evening shift said the morning shift was already gone for the day. I don't know his name but there were only 3 people there that morning and his voice sounded like the one who initially "helped" me. He was a tall black man and wore rings on both of his pinky fingers. He was so unprofessional on the phone and really truly upset me and caused more stress to an already stressful moving day. I honestly hope I never have to utilize U-Haul's services again.
Was charged 4 extra days because the drop off point I went to didn't check the vehicle in. I lost my job due to the extra days, and I wouldn't have even rented a truck had I not been moving from a corporate apartment to another corporate apartment.
We reserved a appliance dolly only to receive a utility dolly. The store stated they didn't have enough equipment to fulfill the reservations.

Find out who Rented this damn uhaul and how because it wasn't me.. This shit unacceptable. I did NOT RENT THE DAMB UHAUL AND THE MANAGER HAS NOT CONTACTED ME BACK YET.
The place was understaffed. It took 90 minutes for me to drop off a trailer. They were supposed to have our U-Box container ready for us. We let Uhaul corporate know we were going to be in to pick it up 10 hours before arriving. We were told it would not be a problem. When we arrived we were told it wouldn't be ready until 1200 the next day (the original pickup time). When we mentioned we contacted uhaul to make a change, we were flippantly told changes were the discretion of the local supplier and not uhaul corporate (the toll free number we called). They wouldn't consider working with us (they seemed sort staffed and short tempered). When we arrived to pick up the UBox, it needed to be loaded with a forklift because the trailer lift was damaged. We were asked to return by 1700, as the forklift driver needed to leave at that time. At 3pm, I arrived. No forklift drive and no one to assist with the drop off. I backed up the trailer to drop it off and waited for the forklift driver to arrive from off site. After waiting for 20 minutes, I decided to check the trailer lift. I was able to get it to work without an issue. I was able to unhook the trailer, block the wheel without any issues (But I have trailer experience). The people available when I dropped off the U box were cordial enough. But there only seem to be two people working on the entire facility. It was busy. If I didn't have the expertise to get the job done myself, I may have been waiting for hours.
Be better organized. I got a new debit card soon before leaving for Antarctica. Before leaving, I updated this card with u-haul and used it to pay for the ubox, which I shipped from CA. While I was gone (and without internet), u-haul tried to pull the rent from the outdated card rather than the new one I have and told them to use. Luckily my parents were alerted of this error from u-haul and helped to resolve their mistake as they were threatening to get rid of my stuff and charge all sorts of late fees. This is an unacceptable error and I don't feel like I can ever trust u-haul again with shipping my possessions.
This group is really great and always have everything ready when I come for pickup. Fast check in's and drop offs. Always have gone over what's necessary , and interacts with all customers the same.
They as always were great. I was suppose to drop off at Pioneer Auto but as I asked to go to Skyland Blvd when I did the reservation I was told it could not be found on the computer. Pioneer was closed even though it was to be open on Monday. I called Uhaul and I had it transferred to Skyland Blvd and as always they were outstanding and took the rental back which was easy, they were professional and it was well done.
A Lot of hesitation when trying to eccelerate!!! it was a scary drive all the way to my destination and back!! The vehicle could have been cleaner, the cup holders dirty and the console.
Fast service. I would go there again.
