The uhaul service was great. The movers I chose were the best. I’d recommend A1 movers to anyone moving in Tuscaloosa.

Service representatives do not want to work. Any questions that were asked were not answered or if they were the reps had attitudes. General manger was never there and didn’t seem to think the behavior of his employees was a problem.

Delilah T | First ImpressionsI’ve never experienced such unprofessional and careless treatment at a business. When I arrived at my rented unit, I discovered the lock had been cut off and replaced without any notice. No phone call, no email—nothing. Instead of explaining or helping, the employee’s first response was to accuse me of not paying my bill (which was not true). No one even bothered to check before making that assumption. To make matters worse, the new lock didn’t match my key. After waiting around with no answers, I was finally handed a random set of keys from a security box as if it was no big deal. When I asked why I was never informed, the employee literally shrugged their shoulders. That level of disregard for customers is unacceptable. This situation left me questioning the security of my belongings and the reliability of this facility. If locks can be cut without explanation and customers aren’t even notified, how are we supposed to feel confident storing anything here? Communication, professionalism, and accountability are clearly lacking. I would strongly caution anyone considering renting here—your property deserves to be handled with more care and respect than what I experienced.
