I wont recommend uhaul bevause they over harged my account for equipment i didnt ask for or use. Then when they wwere tryin to fox it they double charge my bank and still took the same amount. While dealing with the location they got rude and told me it that she said it would be that way. All of this over a $7.00 overage

Personnel was polite, and helpful but not so informative, had Absolutely no idea,turning the Uhal in to a location where I moved to would cost me an additional $200 on top of the $137 already spent to use it including miles, I mean why would I bring the Uhal back to where i got it when clearly I'm moving to a totally different city, but no one says anything, week after the move checking my credit card only to find additional money taken out of my account, no one calls to say Hi, or why, sad thing is I've rented before, moving I used Uhal, returned equipment close to where I moved in the same manner, so yes, not happy, I called them, get some story of them checking it out and guess what never heard back, nothing!
This is the second time we've used this location and both times were excellent. No problem reserving, picking up, or returning truck. Very pleased with the customer service provided by Kim Hollander. We will definitely recommend this location to friends and family.
We had never rented a U-Haul before and Kimberly Hollander was very helpful explaining the rental process, truck size, etc. She was very polite and knowledgeable. We will definitely use this location for future rental needs.
Get combatant people to service customers. Went to two different locations before my reserved truck was located 2 hrs later then was left unsure if I was gonna be double billed. Still waiting on final bill.

The lady was very nice and helpful both when I picked the trailer up and when I dropped it off. One thing I was unaware of was that the trailers are rented on a 24 hour basis. She called me when I was on the way back home with the trailer and told me it was overdue (again very politely). I told her I was unaware of the 24 hour situation and would return asap. When I dropped the trailer off we were able to work out the late fee to my satisfaction and all was good. My only suggestion is to give customers a clear understanding of the policies but I would for sure use the location and product again!
Need to have trucks that are in better shape and that ride smoother. Also need to make sure that customer does not have to basically locate needed equipment and make sure that the location goes and gets it without customer having to call everyday to check on the status
Kim was nice when we went and rented the uhaul but when we turned in back in the same day, we had only went about 11 miles and I got charged for 100 miles. On top of being charged $61 which is what it should have cost me. And finally after being on the phone all day between Uhaul and Secure Storage, uhaul figured out the issue and it took the next day before the manager at secure storage would release our money
Maintain the trucks. Mine had slick tires and a bad vibration. Im glad I didn't have to drive very far.
Stay at what is going on at this location. I canâ€™t think of anything to make it better.

Would recommend with disclaimer. No internet service. I had planned on checking out with my phone. No internet so wound up having the desk clerk putting in all the info again. So all the time i took to register and request items was for naught. Did not have extra supplies i requested (appliance dolly, furniture blankets, regular dolly). And to estimate driving miles as closely as possible.
Customer service needs work. A lot of room for improvement. I waited on the phone for over 40 minutes and never spoke to a representative. I went online to the live chat to no avail. Waited 35 minutes and no representative. Emailed while I was on hold and online, finally to find out my reservation had been moved to Tuscumbia from Russellville due to"traffic" Russellville location manager said he had a truck available for my reservation date and he didn't understand why it was changed. Anyway, I had to travel extra miles but the truck was great, great size, easy loading etc. Oh, I almost forgot, I had one dozen furniture blankets reserved also, guess what? Tuscumbia location didn't have any. Add to all of this, I was supposed to pick the truck up at 8 am. Lady that runs the Tuscumbia location was late getting there. I had to call and I think she was having her calls forwarded to her cell. So in closing, equipment was great, customer service, not so great.
Online reservation application needs work. After so long a time of looking at useless pages, it gets frustrating. Much of the material can be reduced.

Follow up with an email or text to confirm reservation and PROPER pick up zone. Get some friendly and knowledgeable representatives.
Give a portion of the rental back if turned in a day early.
Uhaul truck was not at the right place.
