The uhaul was dirty and making a racket we were.only driving about 2hrs to deliver a brand new couch and recliner and was going to keep it to move other furniture since we had it for 24hrs but we returned it immediately when we took the couch to the new home bevause we were afraid it would go out on us. We took photos of the gas recipt where we filled it back up and the nastiness. We were charged a cleaning fee and a gas refill fee when I had the pictures to prove how we recieved it and my gas recipt time stamped 5 min before turning it back in. Im waiting on uhaul to look at my pictures to see if they will reimburse those fees. Totally u professional. Would not recommend.

Joseph MThe lady at the desk was extremely helpful and pleasant to talk with while I did the paperwork. Check engine light was on. No troubles but would have been bad to be stuck on the side of the road.
Jeff DIt took 45 minutes to get the paperwork done! She said it was the Uhaul app. This is unacceptable.
