CHARLES FThe dropoff. location in Tyler, Texas is a nice, clean and safe location. The lady who received our rental was very nice and helpful, and explained everything that was documented on the paperwork. Until using U-Haul for this move I had no idea that this location was in business. It's found itself a spot in my phone contacts database. I'll definitely use them again.
