Staff was friendly and helpful. I had some difficulty getting the combo lock to open (it was a bit fiddly), but a staffer arrived to check the mail after hours, saw me having difficulty, and sprang into action. I was on my way shortly after that. It would be nice to have a credit for extra fuel put into the trucks (I overestimated), but I realize this would be logistically difficult. The next customer will be blessed by not having to go to the gas station as soon, I suppose. :)
