Daniel RThe guy at check in was such a rude smug person in his demeanor. And he told us because we were 30 min past our reservation time (for our rental of the van FOR THE DAY), he told us the reservation was canceled, but that he did have a van if we wanted it. (Yeah--our van! The one we reserved.) He was so snotty during the exchange. In the van, there were 2 bottle caps in the bed of the van, random scraps of paper, which we had to clean out or else we'd be charged on return. We filled the gas back up to where it was, and we were still hit with a $20+ fuel surcharge. I will never come back to this location, and it doesn't make me want to rent from u-haul again, that's for sure. And I'll be posting this review on yelp. There was no need for his shitty behavior.
