First I reserved a car in woodland hills and then I went to pick up the truck but apparently it was not arranged for mobile pick then I called them. I spend 1,5 hours to book another truck from another location. It was bad experience.

THEY LIED ON MY RENAL CHARGES. I DID NOT DRIVE 55 MILES THAT IS A BLATENT LIE. I DROVE 15 MILES AT THE MOST LOCALLY IN THE AREA. WE HAVE 1.2 MILLION FOLLOWERS ON SOCIAL MEDIA AND WILL SPREAD THIS INFORMATION TO EVERYONE WE KNOW ABOUT THIS LOCATION.

The U-Haul app was straightforward to make the other. The notices before pickup were reassuring and helpful. The truck was clean and in perfect shape. And the rep at the site was helpful and nice
