No one at the location to help first day ,had to go back second day because they said only one employee knew what to do..Lights didn't work,also no jack stand hooked to trailer had to lift 6'x12' by hand!

He said he would only charge me $.79 a mile I only went 100 miles so my bill should have been less than $100 plus the 39,99 fee. brandon D.I was told the day before that I couldn't pick up in my preferred location or in my city at all, and that I had to pick up 40 minutes away. Later that day, I was called and location was moved again to an hour and 15 minutes out of the city in Vandalia for a different sized truck. What you can improve is greater transparency and communication about availability of equipment rather than blindsiding customers the day before when it is too late to find alternate plans -- and compensate them for the additional gas expenditures
