The remote access process is extremely tedious. Photos should only be required upon return - the preliminary data is the same as the last renter's drop-off info. The account authentication took way too long and shouldn't be a requirement. If I have my own ID and provide that, you don't need to call my work or friend, etc. The whole process took over 30 minutes to get the truck. And then I had to go inside to get the keys and equipment anyway. Good for after hours, though. This particular location is good. Rank them highly.
