An attendant was there to unhook the trailer. I didn't have to lift anything at that location.

DAKOTA GThis location at the JWR location, they were helpful and got me on the road with the trailer. This is NOT for this location but what I was told from U-Haul call centre and because of this I won’t be using U-Haul again. I was lied to and said travel on trailers is not charged but I was charged $600 for a one way drop off fee for the trailer when I could have picked a trailer from one location and dropped it off at the same location!! Completely lied to by U-Haul when I called. Again not this location. The cost of this I could of had the trailer for 6 weeks not 3-24hr period… The JWR location, they were helpful and got me on the road with the trailer. Much appreciated.
