Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisAllow for paper options and not just the app. It would have taken me 5 minutes to fill out paperwork but over 30 minutes to use the damn app which never works. It’s a mess. Bring back paper and people.

Sukh VAfter unexpected changes to pickup location and the absence of a requested furniture dolly, I deeply appreciated the assistance of two employees (Subin, a U-Haul manager in the Victoria, BC region and Govic, the store employee at a nearby larger u-haul location on Queen St.) for assisting me in getting a dolly secured for a cross-border one-way reservation, which is apparently more complicated than one might think. They went above and beyond to find a solution, allowing us to meet our border crossing travel deadline and making our move a success. I appreciated their help and are to be commended; thank you.
Mark SIt was difficult to understand the procedure to get the van. If the attendant is not busy with his other job, he will pay attention to what you need.
