Merigildo RI was charged an extra $200 for my rental. I returned it the same day for a one-way return but sent it to a different location and they said I just dropped it off today cause I hold onto it for two extra days which is not the case and no one seems to be able to help me very very frustrated.
Carol FDid not interact with any personnel. Cannot answer that question. Lot is small
Susan SThe truck I was given had no air conditioning and should not be rented to another customer until it is serviced as the temperature this weekend were in the 90's unacceptable! Also many extra fees and they charged extra fees for gasoline when I put the gas right back to where it was I had a witness who seen the gauge. I have rented with Uhaul at least 8-10 times in the past but will never rent with Uhaul again.
