The man at this location was rude. He was not helpful and he didn’t even tell me that I was at the wrong location. Evidently the scheduled pickup address is 500 ft further down the road. He had the worst customer service skills ever. He didn’t bother to tell me I’d be getting a text to take pics pre-drive. His location is at a gas station and he didn’t bother to tell me that I’d need to fill up elsewhere upon return because he has NO GAS. so, that was extra mileage for me as well. The vehicle itself was nice and clean but my experience was horrible.
VANESSA CHad to keep it longer than expected, stopped by the rental location to inform the owner. No one left in any form of notice. I was then contacted by uhual. I will not be using this location again and I will probably buy a box truck so I do not have to deal with this type of service again.
CHARLES CWhen picking up the trailer the electrical cord for the lights was missing. The attendant was not helpful
