Had trouble with the links to pick up AND drop off truck after hours. Wouldn't work, had to call in to deal with everything which cost time.

gary F.My actual drop-off location was U-Haul at Williamson in Roanoke but when I contacted the location the gentleman who answered the phone told me he was not accepting out of town trucks and when I questioned my contract he hung up on me… VERY disappointing - first negative interaction with U-Haul!
