Tell me your going to charge me for extra miles that we’re not extra.I picked it up and if there were extra miles it was miles I had to drive to get the truck at a location that I didn’t ask for and returning it to a location I did not ask for so you should have been paying me for the miles.

The cashier who helped me with my rental was very rude and was just very condescending honestly. I wouldn't do business with this uhaul again

I’m a first time uhaul user and ordered a dozen furniture pads and wasn’t informed I could pick them up myself instead I just thought they were already in the uhaul, I also reserved this uhaul . So I had to come back to get them while i was already on a time crunch. Other than that things went well .

My move date was July 31st, and I was supposed to have the truck back at 10pm that night. Unfortunately I got caught it the rain, and lost my movers(one was on a motorcycle) I stayed up ALL NIGHT moving my remaining belongings by myself. I received a phone call from an older gentleman around 7 am, saying that I was supposed to have the truck back the previous night. I explained my situation, and asked if there was anyway they could just charge me for another day? He then proceeded to attempt to chastise me, saying, “well I have other customers with reservations this morning, so what time will you have the truck back?” I explained that I understand it was an inconvenience for EVERYBODY, however I’m a customer, just like they are customers, and I’m paying my money just like everybody else is paying their money, and I explained that I’m certain there was a way they could charge me for an extra day. (I now realize he was so adamant about returning it bc he couldn’t charge me for another day until after 24 hours)He then said he understands I’m a customer as well and thanked me for returning the vehicle as soon as possible, but we never agreed on a time. Around 3-4pm there was another voicemail left on my alternate contact’s voicemail mailbox(which is illegal, there was too much information left on her voicemail) stating that I was supposed to have the truck returned at 10am 8/1/2019, which I never agreed to either. I then passed out because I had been awake for over 24 hours and woke up to a voicemail from Larry at the location stating you all would report the truck stolen if I dont contact you all. Needless to say I was infuriated. While I understand it is a business, life happens. And for the business to try and make the customer feel guilty and then threaten to call the police on me is completely unfathomable. Especially when I did my do diligence and communicated exactly what happened and why I was unable to return the vehicle at the initial time chosen. This also let me know that somebody dropped the ball on the company’s end and did not communicate the conversation that we had early that morning. This was my first experience with uhaul, and it was extremely dissatisfying. I’m moving to New York from Virginia and was looking to use you all again. But I’d rather not be treated like a thief and a criminal.

There was dog hair on the floor, I think it was. It was a thin layer of hair. Double check the vehicle to make sure it's clean of absolutely everything.

Wait Time was lengthy - it would help if you had more associates during peak periods of the month helping incoming customers. When I arrived there were only two Associates for a line of about 10 people waiting for service to either check out a vehicle or check in a vehicle, with more arriving every 20 to 30 minutes. The gentlemen at the desk were very customer oriented and really took care of their customers despite the overwhelming pressure of watching more customers arrive. I spent about a total of 45 minutes to an hours in line before I was able to complete my pick-up....

More employees. Better guidance to vehicles. Employees should not be giving attitude to customers and talking to them as if they are stupid. Also, never heard of a place that does not accept cash or charges a $20 fee to drop off using the app after hours.

Very long lines on sat am and only 2 employees. 2nd guy in no hurry, primary guy worked quickly. Phones put on hold and I never saw them picked up again. I was in line 35 minutes. The parking lot was very difficul5 to navigate and blocked off with no direction in/out. The vehicle was clean and nice, but it was a miserable experience overall

This location was great and they were so busy! It was Sat am there were at least 10 other customers there but they still greeted me as soon as I got there and asked me what I needed. They told me it would be a little wait unless I wanted to just leave the key. I was waiting for my ride and within 10min a very friendly man came over and inspected the truck asked me about my trip and I was out of there 5 min later. Very friendly service, that man is a keeper!
