BRANDON KThe mobile check in and checkout experience was a bit involved, but could be worse. I found the add-ons like the dolly and blankets, which I did not order, already in the truck not sealed or anything. The only bad part about that was the fear that I might be charged for them because there’s no way of knowing that until maybe finding out later.
