not the original pick up location. The original pick up location would not answer phone or confirm the the truck was available. So call other locations until I found a truck and went there. on line help form U-Haul was NFG and left me to sort out the pick up. Unless you are willing to do most of the work avoid U-Haul. Don't care.

The rental process thru your phone, stinks, it was unnecessarily time consuming, having to result in talking to people over the phone. there were (2) other customers that arrived at the time I did, going thru the same things. UPDATE YOUR TECHNOLOGY or whatever you need to do to make this a more seamless experience. Totally turned off!
Karimah I.I booked an appliance dolly and they didn't have one and he couldn't refund me. There was no AC in the truck and it was 90 degrees. Overall very disappointed with the level of service here. I would do everything I could to avoid this Uhaul location. Luckily you can cause there are lots more nearby. Trust me, stay away from Nathan's Self Storage.
