The only issue was that the extras I requested (pads, dolly and cart) were not available. Please don't lead people to believe items are available which are not. I could have obtained these items prior to pickup if I had known. Otherwise, things were fine -- the employee who checked me in was extremely helpful and professional!

ROB PI honestly can't think of any way to improve this. The van was ready and waiting when I arrived, the person doing check in was friendly and helpful. Excellent service.
SANDRA DThe locations is great. Very clean, well maintained. Slight issue with the lock, it was frozen when I tried to open it. The self check-in/check-out was awful. If you expect renters to do this work you need to make it much easier and simpler. The amount of pictures I have to take and send on my data is absurd.
