In spite of booking weeks ahead, U-Haul did not have the trailer I booked anywhere close to my location. A two hour drive to pick up a trailer is unacceptable. I had to accept a smaller trailer, which made packing difficult. This comment is directed to U-Haul, and not the Pick-Up location. Waverley Service Centre was a joy to deal with.

Peter AI used the app beforehand for quick service for pickup and dropoff. Service person told me he had to input info, which took almost an hour. Then on dropoff, overcharged for two days, no resolution at the source, there 1.5 hrs, and I had to call UHaul corporate myself, as field manager wasn't picking up the phone. Will NEVER use a third-party UHaul rental again but go to a proper facility. Extremely disappointed in the whole customer service process.
