The cost was entirely too high and they wouldn't take cash as a payment which makes no sense at all. And they took forever to figure out how to check me out.

Also we went over our miles and charged extra money our trip was from turbo mart to 64 main st my morris ny then to 762 n center at canton pa then back to halls in tough pa if uhaul can’t figure out mileage based off google maps and add a few miles then there is an issue and uhaul shouldn’t be charging by mileage
Bryan SThe equipment had failure with surge break could not back up trailer due to surge break setting and not releasing. Don't believe i will be renting uhaul trailer ever again paid for 24 hours and spent half the time trying to get access to pick up my items and ended up returning 5 hours from pickup of rental
