The only thing that identified this location was 1 large uhaul truck parked in a prominent spot. Didnt see an office with a sign on it. Saw a woman spraying something like insecticide and talked to her. She knew what we were supposed to do.

This issue is strictly to do with Uhaul corporate. They called and moved my pick up location and truck size 3 times from the original booking less than 24 hours from the pick up time. They also moved it to a location that didn’t have the equipment I ordered with the rental. They also charged me for the equipment the location didn’t have. We’ve used uhaul many times and this was by far the worst experience we’ve had.
Logan OHave signage of UHaul rental pickup. Myself and other renter picking up a truck at the same time were confused on the location of the keys. In my rental I initially indicated I wanted a furniture dolly, a utility dolly and furniture pads. None of those were available at this location.
KARYN CCalled two days prior for an auto transport, let the employee know we’d be waiting there Saturday morning as soon as they open to pick up, no one was there even 45 mins after the opening time (10am) so we had to reach out to management to get someone over to that location. Huge inconvenience, we were on a time frame and everything was delayed because no one was at work to help us without the reservation we had made.
