PB Rentals and Storage, especially Paul Billiard was exceptional in his level of service. He explained everything thoroughly, explained the type of hitch I needed , provided it at a modest price and installed it. He then further turned it around so I was headed in the direction of my home. Assistant Kimberly was also extremely efficient and friendly. My thanks to them both for their help.Joyce R.
The uhaul people were friendly but not interested in making me satisfied. I didn't order my truck from this location but was told I had to pick it up here. I wanted to pay for the truck in store but was told no one was going to be there at the time I arranged to pick up the truck. I had to pay for it over the phone which made me very uncomfortable. I was going to pick up the truck at 9am Saturday morning in Steubenville Ohio. This location was 1/2 hour away from me and thus put me an hour off moving which backed up my moving crew. The only thing I was offered was two extra day of use of the truck which I obviously didn't need as it stated in the reservation that was dropping the truck off later the same day. Why couldn't the truck I requested be dropped off at my specified location in Steubenville?Katy E.
Have the return location and pickup locations to be able to explain charges to customers before customers leave or arrive. A surprise increase of $400 is not acceptable given the expense of moving. Unexpected charges can devastate a budget.Jordan K.
Owner should be present to Perform pre-trip equipment inspection. I Rented trailer, the location parking and trailer access was small and just off high traffic roadway. Owner should offer assistance to help guidance to back in to connect to trailers for safer situation. Also had to lift trailer tongue myself, I'm physically able but older folks may not be able too. Owner didn't come out of the building at all.Brett C.

windshield wipers blades where bad & the washer would not work. i had snow on moring we left would clean the road spray/salt off the windshield. Had to stop & get washer fluid & a spray bottle & try to spray the windshield when I could to keep it clean. The truck only had 22,000 miles on it.John B.
I think that .99 per mile is insane. We moved locally between Follansbee and Wellsburg and it cost us 189.00 that is insane. I think that your prices per mile need to be lowered. We used your services because we needed a truck. It was not a convenience because of the pricing. I could see if we were moving far away, but locally it was just too expensive. The lady who took care of me was not the friendliest person either. It seemed like I was an inconvenience when I walked in on Friday to get the paperwork done and the keys. Very adamant about making sure the Uhaul was cleaned before we brought it back. It was pouring down rain the whole time we moved and the truck does get muddy when you are moving to the country from the city. The whole overall experience was a thumbs down with this company. I will not recommend no one using them because your prices are too high. You wanted the truth, you got it. Have a nice dayStacie G.

At rental pick up, we were told to return it in 2 days and that the office was open til 5, but that if we returned it after, to drop the keys in the drop box. The morning of the day of return, while we were moving, we got several calls from the rental place saying we were late returning it and that we needed to call back right away. I was signing for closing on my house we were buying and getting phone calls from this place. We returned the equipment before 5 that evening and the office wasnt even open. Got the keys in the drop box and then returned the dolly. Monday morning we got phone calls saying that we were late and it cost them money and how it messed up their rentals, etc. Then they charged us an additional $120 for it. The rental wasnt even in the place we were emailed to pick it up at in the first place. This whole process has been a headache and made something simple, and supposedly 'helpful', annoying and costly.Jennifer S.
