I'm not sure. Everything actually went pretty well. I will say that I'm 62 and have a bit of a brain injury from a stroke so technical work is hard to comprehend. The online necessary work is challenging. I didn't get to it in time and it expired before I could complete the pictures or other tasks. We took pictures with my son's phone in hopes of adding them later, however, the session had expired. I'll know in the future to have someone help me right away. I had less the 1 hour to find and rent a truck, due to an emergency. The employee, Carly worked quickly and offered to help, but I just didn't have time and unfortunately thought I would open the link and add the pics in a few hours. Thanks for understanding my dilemma. I'll know next time.
