For convenience yes on returning person was rude and rather a bully no mask. We had been with Covid patients he then backed off. Maybe he was having a bad day

Michael Shepherd managed to get me the correct truck and had it ready to go when I arrived. This was very important since I was coming up from Athens Ga with help to load and drive the truck and time was critical since we planned to return to Ga the same day. Give him an A+

On this end, I was again supposed to be able to drop off the truck hands-free, and yet, another maskless employee approached me wanting to interact with the truck instead of letting me put the key in the drop box. This isn't service, particularly during a viral pandemic. It was like the employees there hadn't even heard of this. On top of that, the drop off location was filthy, and full of potholes. Good grief.
Our rental was thrown in at the last minute with these guys and had to do a lot of extra driving to get our truck but they helped in every way possible with our rental and it turned out five star
Didn't have the truck you let me pay to reserve so I had to drive an extra hour and a half because you don't understand the concept of a reservation. In the future I'm just going to Penske

I'm not sure why this is called a "reservation" when there is not a guarantee that you can pick up a truck where you reserved one, and you cannot be sure that the extras you requested will be provided. We had to drive 30 miles to pick up our truck (it was supposed to be in town) and no dolly was available at the location. Even though it is stated that you might have to get your truck somewhere else, this does not seem like a "reservation" at all.

This is the second time that I've used Shepherd's mini Storage in a two month span. Very friendly and the services was great!
When I dropped off the truck, the fuel gauge was directly on 3/4 of a tank. I have a photo of the fuel gauge and the ending mileage at 149,978. I was charged $15.33 for the additional fuel. When I picked up the truck in Morristown, the gauge was not on 3/4 of a tank. It was actually just under but no big deal. The drop off location was closed when I left the truck so they added the extra charge without my presence. I would like to send you the photo for your records. Easy extra charge by them.
I was surprised that form previous uhaul rentals that this time I didn't have to sign off on existing damage to the unit. It seems that it wasn't a big deal but it unsettled me due to the fact that one fender was damaged. I didn't want to be blamed for it. Just a note that the gentleman running this location couldn't have been any nicer. Great fellow ??.
Not professional nor customer service oriented. They maybr good st selling mulch, but for rental experience and proper ways - not good st all. UhaulShould get another dealer here
