Keith MI dropped off the truck at night and had to go back the next.morning to close the rental. I did not see a key drop and didn't knownit was a 24 hour location. The problem was.me, not them.
HOWARD LThe place was lock and didn’t had a ring bell. I needed to call U-Haul and U-Haul call and requested her to come out. She told me the door of the shop is locked because is dangerous. I told her she make me lost 30 min.
EUGENIO CI was told to come to this location to drop off my U-Haul truck, when I got there- there was no key return box. After knocking on the towing truck company's door a security guard answered and he returned the key for us. It was just confusing as to where we return everything.
