I waited for over an hour because the owner wasn’t there and the employee didn’t have any clue what was going on. I ended up having to speak directly over the employees cell phone to the owner and figure everything out after 45 minutes of standing in the gas station waiting for the employee to reach the owner. This put our moving timeline back and the owner was unapologetic. I was frustrated after paying almost $600 and having the truck timeline move last minute to this mess. The truck and everything was fine, aside from this experience.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThere was a big box of blankets in the truck that I did not order that I had to call around to figure out how to return when I needed to be packing. That was very frustrating and inconvenient. The left side mirrow was lose and tilted down while I was driving. Ultimately I'm thankful the uhaul truck was in good condition to get me to my destination safely and didn't have any issues.

TIMOTHY BThe check in and check out process was not the best. The BP drop off was slammed and the key drop off was junk. Idk if I missed it when I ordered online, but the check in and check out details /instructions should be provided so that I was prepped. I wouldve taken my passport with me for the Verification but was unpreparred and had to bug family who was working to answer the call and that took forever.
MICHAEL Gwould have liked the option to read and sign documents rather than only email on line where it is difficult to read a multiple page document on a 3 inch phone
