The keys were shoved in there and prevented me from opening the lock box. There was trash from the last person in there. The vehicle had some weird remaining gas left over that was imposssible to fill it up to so I wasted money returning it to more gas than it originally had. Stupid

I've rented at this location several times for interstate transport. Never had a problem.
CREIGHTON MI asked for 24 blankets, a couple of days before the rental was going to be picked up, they asked me if 12 would be ok, to which I agreed. Upon pickup, I discovered only 6 blankets, and 2 additional dollies, which I did not ask for, and an almost completely empty tank of gas. I was charged for the additional dollies, and I had to get my own blankets. I was informed by the representative that if I read the fine print, uhaul doesn't guarantee any accessories, and that normally you would have to pay for the additional dollies even if you didn't ask for them. Very disappointing. However the representative who helped me out was pretty good. But I shouldn't have to be calling to be refunded.
