I have no complaints about U-Haul here. The guy was professional, the equipment was clean, and it was maintained. Not only that the cost was VERY reasonable! I'd rent from this location again in a heartbeat.

Glenn B.Of the several rentals I have made in the past few months, this one was by far the worst. Truck's suspension was shot and was vibrating while driving. Is someone going to pay me $25 because I had to clean out the back of the truck from the previous renters? Because they have a sticker that warns you of a $25 charge if you don't make sure everything is clean in the back. Literally used a blower in the back to get rid of what was leftover. Truck fuel was marked as "half full" but was less than full at approximately 210 miles when I picked it up. This cost me another $10-$20 in gas because I was told "If you don't return it with exactly as much gas as was marked, we will charge $5,5 a gallon with a smile.
