The only complaint I have was there was no arm on the trailer so that I could take it off myself. My husband had to lift it when he dropped it off and it was a lot of weight.

One of the best locations out there!
Darrell BService was friendly and efficient at pickup site Not until checked out and left noted tire pressure low in several of the tires ( only about 3500miles on new truck). Had to find a truck center to top off all the tires. Left outer rear tire- could not adequately seat the air chuck so had to drive with it low 20 ft Truck functioned well and was virtually new Had some online reservation issues- my observations: - online “ chat” service totally a waste of time. On two different occasions they took up my time then eventually informed me that they couldn’t do anything and I needed to call the help line. - help service while well intentioned made errors which complicated my reservation problems After dropping off the vehicle I contacted the help line once again, explained the sequence of errors, and they promptly addressed the issues and resolved them Would I rent a U haul again? Yes although I would attempt to do it live.

THOMAS SThis location was awesome! They were super helpful. I would definately use this location in the future especially as we're in the middl of a down size there is likely a need for them to help us in the future.
