I received the van with 3 quarters gas and the seat was wet so I had to sit thankfully on something I had in my bag. Also they need to check tires before customer leaves property doors were all open I had to stop and close them all. Other than that I would rent again.

the attendant was an hour late
ERICA SWhen I returned the keys at the time with 4m I used also with gas , when I received the payment always I received with more miles and the gas I have to pay
TERESA CCouldn't have been easier, front desk was very accommodating to switch me to a van and update the hours I'd be using it. My preferred location going forward.
NICHOLAS CThey DIDN'T GIVE ME THE EQUIPMENT I ORDERED. I was rescheduled to this location last minute because the location I requested didn't have a truck. They didn't alert me that I wouldn't have the dolly or furniture wraps I ordered. I had to find out by opening the truck. And then when I asked they just said it was a busy time of the month. I pre-ordered all this stuff weeks ago. They also canceled my safetrip insurance that I had originally signed up for, so I'm glad I didn't have any trouble on the road. They don't actually have parking, you have to find parking on the street somewhere nearby in Williamsburg (not easy). The people working there were not helpful in fixing the situation.
