There is nothing else you can do to improve. Renting from this uhaul was a wonderful experience. Everything was perfect. The main reason for it was Justin. He is a true professional. Thorough and courteous. And the truck was new and clean. Couldn't ask for better.

You need to improve the mobile pickup - I will not use UHAUL ever again. It was a horrible experience trying to pick up the van. Absolutely horrible. Your customer service reps were very nice but the experience is awful.
