When I picked up the 26 foot truck in Cold Speing the steering was not good. Once loaded the play in the steering wheel became deadly. I had to travel 1700 miles at 40 miles an hour. I drove 24 hours a day with cat naps in order to make your deadline. It was the worst experience I have had with U-Haul. Nearly hit someone with the truck while attempting to move back into my lane from the left. Total weight 5 tons , less a couple hundred pounds. Had to hit a weigh station. Called for all rentals.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisNothing , the guys were great at getting me on the road.
JIMMY PRolling door came open on us. We lost about $5,000 worth of property at 4:30 in the morning. The latch came loose causing the door to roll up. Door was confirmed to be locked!
Joe RGIVE NOTIFICATION OF MOVING HELP CANCELLING - We added moving help on the same reservation that we added the truck, yet somehow the moving help didn't get confirmed but the truck did, and nobody reached out to us let us know. So we were stuck trying to find movers in a pinch less than 24 hours before our move. Terrible experience.
Noah VEfficient and pleasant
