Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisIt took 3 hours to rent this thing because of the app that says there is a counter here and there is no counter service spent 45 minutes running around looking for somebody and there is nobody around when we did find someone they were extremely helpful in solving the solution but it was not their problem to do so

CYNTHIA BI rented a dolly that I never got & I have still yet to receive my refund for it.
TRAVON MMy equipment was not available on-site when I arrived at my pre-arranged pickup time. The location staff told me that the previous renter was running late, and I could wait for the previous renter or drive to another location that had the same size equipment (either choice would cost me more time). Do a better job of managing equipment inventory: when a customer reserves equipment, make sure it is available for them. When the equipment did finally arrive (almost an hour late) it was damaged (whether by the previous renter or by a renter before them). I accepted the equipment because I needed it that day, but I was told by staff at my drop-off location that I should have refused it because it was potentially unsafe. How would I know what? I don't rent trailers often enough to know the difference. Do a better job of monitoring equipment condition and managing inventory (see previous comments).
