Very efficient, 'Rich' was great, check out was smooth. Absolutely no issues. The vehicle was clean and had a full tank of gas. The A/C was awesome! Great experience.

There was no where to park the vehicle. Inadequate signage.

Tara HCustomer service needs improvement, Better communication skills when handling the customer when there is a complaint. Have better knowledge on learning how to check the equipment in and not charge the customer what you wanna charge them.
