Pick up/drop off at the counter were efficient. Customer service at the location was very good.

The first truck was broken. I only realized that after digging it out from under the snow. The lady at the register (Jennifer?) was very helpful during that process, but after all that work the truck was not drivable. First, there was an error message due to the tires not having enough air in them. The air pump at the location was out of service. Then, the drivers seat was not adjustable at all, so I could not reach the pedals. She eventually upgraded me to a different truck, which we then had to dig out from under the snow. While larger than I had wanted and reserved, it did function. She was very helpful and kind, but the location was not well kept, the trucks were not maintained or very clean.
