I rented a 10' truck to move my son home from KSU. When I picked up the truck the gas gauge was on half a tank. I was about to drive 50+ miles one way and after loading up decided to fill the tank because I wasn't sure how much it would take hauling the load. I did not use as much as expected and overfilled the tank by 3/8. The lady at the location understood my issue and gave me a credit. She was very nice and understanding. I have never had a uhaul rental not on a full tank. Why should I pay more because your last customer didn't fill the tank?

Very friendly and helpful! Location was easy to access and staff was awesome.
TRAVIS ZThe online pick-up and drop off were very difficult. Poor internet reception at location. We called the 1-800 number for U-Haul, were told wait time maybe over an hour. The truck was good and I thought the cost of rental was very fair. Would use U-Haul again. Would pick up from a location with people behind a counter to help with problems.
David WI was even charged wrong. I told them I was going to return it on Sat. and they said they have camera so they will know. But charged me for Sun. I am going to do complaint to Uhaul about this
