Hadley B | Overall ExperienceBill and his family are the definition of hospitality! While dropping a trailer off after hours, bill was still on site and we started talking. It had been a long day of driving and we had a huge issue with the storage facility that we were suppose to use. It was late and we were struggling. Bill told me to come by in the morning and he would help us out. Not only did he provide us with 2 new units at a fair price, he also continuously offered to help us out. As all of the help that we had the day before was busy. Through our time there he and his family were always courteous and checked in. The facilities were always maintained and well taken care of, making it reassuring that our stuff was save. When we moved out everything went smoothly as well. If you need a place to store your stuff, this is the place! Thank you guys for everything!

Even the email with the link to leave comments indicates 7/12. it states it as if 712 is in the past… I’m sure it’s a software thing, but I haven’t moved in yet. That being said, the interaction I’ve had with the staff as I plan to use. The storage facility have been great, super friendly and helpful :)
