The truck needs to be retired or major Money spent on the front and rear suspensions. The front end was loose and the steering loosey-goosey. The rear suspension shock absorbers were non-existent. Someone had kicked and broken the Parking brake lever. While I had the skill and experience to drive this vehicle safely, others do not. The people at this location were way above average and helpful. I was just given a ragged out vehicle.

I was told the wrong price, paid in advance, then they overcharged me the day after. I'm still fighting for them to correct the issue and refund my money. I had to contact my bank

Truck was completely destroyed in the cab. Air vents were ripped out, radio was smashed and it stunk of extreme smoke. When I returned the truck the return agent was shocked they let me take the truck. By far I have never seen a rental this bad of shape. I can honestly say I should have taken it back but I was in a pinch and needed it. Please never rent a truck to anyone in this condition it was dangerously in kept. Ernest Piccioli 336.703.8487

I will never use this I haul again. Not only is the place filthy but the customer service is horrendous. The truck had a slipping transmission that caused me extra tume and money to drive over 600 miles grime south Florida to Winston Salem guy begins counter cared more about furniture pads I never received that my safety or inconvenience of a faulty truck. I did not ask for forty something furniture pads and I did not get 40 some pads I was not refusing to return some ratty furniture pads I did not receive those pads. I received one bag with for pads. Whatever that sorry excuse for a check out guy would rather ignore I bought all possible insurance to cover any possible circumstance except theft from either store. Right now they are robbing me for blankets when I offered to pay for 4 that I received. Then first he told me I had to pay 5 dollars a bag for missing pads then he decided he wanted 6 dollars per missing pad. That’s stealing from customers who can’t prove either way. I will be disputing the entire bill now though my credit card company. If I haul is hurting for money maybe they should proper service their vehicles and treat customers as Value clients instead of calling them thieves and trying to pad there bottom line.

Often times it is difficult to get someone on the from the actual location vs the call center. The call center is usually sufficient but sometimes when calling you need specific information only the store workers would know. Being unable to reach them has been a little frustrating at times.

I was supposed to have a credit of 50.00 for a reservation that I had made for Saturday at 7am I had arrived at 7 am Saturday and they had no van at all I was told I would get 50.00 credit and was charged the full rate

I had to go to this location because at the location I had reserved a trailer, the girl at the counter was so incompetent she could not do the computer work to allow me to get the trailer. 4496 Wallburg Landing. After being there for 45 minutes she called her manager and came back to tell me that I could not rent the trailer. Fortunately the folks off Marshall St. were able to get me the trailer I needed.

Some employees were rough looking, Creditcard Reader not working they had to manually input my card which is not secure! When I returned (after purchasing supplier the previous day) the agent who issued the truck was very good!

The customer service was very awful. The lady in the front was so rude. She said the system was down and theres nothing she could do. Then she cancelled my reservation and told me do another one on my phone while waiting in line. I was holding my 5 month old for 30 minutes in line. Then all of a sudden the system was working and she didn’t even let me know she just started printing papers all rude and didn't even tell me where the truck was parked she had me go all the way to the back just to look for the truck. I will never return to this location!
