It's not the locations fault that my vehicle had a check engine light on, but the fault of u-haul to come and do any maintenance work to keep the truck running. The service from the location was fine.

Both rental agents I dealt with at this location were polite, helpful, and are great! FYI, the GM cargo van I rented, 3 of the tires, their sidewalls on each, had major damage, deep cuts and chunks of tire missing. I took pictures of the damages and pointed the damage out to the rental agent, who then put air in all 4 tires. Inside van, at passenger rear corner, the van's jack mechanism in the cargo hold area had been used and was put back incomplete, not all parts there, not locked down. Big deep cuts in sidewalks, & large chunks of tire missing from sidewalls on all 3 tires Luckily I only had to drive on local streets at 20-30mph and a total of 32 miles, with a very bulky load that didn't weigh much at all. I would NOT have rented this cargo van if I had to move a very heavy load, at sustained 55mph freeway speeds, over long distances. I would have been afraid of a tire or tires suddenly failing.
NICHOLAS ETrying to get the keys online didn't work, but the associate inside the pick up location was very friendly and helpful.
CURTIS KGreat location to us in the surrounding neighborhoods. Reserving online was a simple process and an even easier pickup. The person at the counter of the Mobil was very kind and attentive. My only knock would be that this location does not have carts, dollies or furniture pads so even though you may order/reserve them online you probably (in my case definitely) won't get them. But they will be taken off your bill so no need to worry about paying for something you don't get. I would and will definitely rent from here again in the future when I need a quick pickup for something bigger than my car will handle. (I rented a 9' cargo van)
