The person that we rented from (we had a truck reserved) was rude, dismissive, and was clearly upset that we disrupted him upon pick up and drop off. The three people that I spoke with at other locations were friendly and professional on the phone. Truck was quite dirty at time of pickup. Staff seemed unable to handle mobile check-in / pickup efficiently. Despite repeatedly informing him that I had checked in via mobile and just needed to pick up keys, I had to stand around for 15-20 minutes while he tried to figure out your computer system.Gregg N.

I explained to the rep I ordered online. He claims there was no order placed with Uhaul. I found out from my bank that I mistakenly ordered online from the Northridge location. I went ahead and placed an order him. This was the location where I bought the boxes. And there were no boxes available for my panel TV. Now this was not the location I picked the truck up from, it was where I purchased the boxes which was right down the street from where I rented the truck. I need my cc refunded for the overcharge made to my account.RICHARD B.

Truck was not prepared for pick up, lockbox was not available, passenger door had cigarette butts, cup holders full of water (leak from windshield?), standing water in moms attic, no moving blankets in back.Christopher B.
No Furniture Dolly, even though I added it online. Charged 7.5 dollars for 1.5 Gallons of gas, even though I returned it above what I got it at (Traveled less than 10 miles, added 3 gallons of gas before returning it).It was originally just below 3/8 mark, and the receipt shows it returned to the 3/8 mark. Will not be renting Uhaul from this location again, even though it would be more convenientClark S.
